Microsoft Office 2007 Auto update

Hello.
I have a question about the Office Communicator 2007 R2
I could not connect to the server myself. The server admin said that the version of my communicator
3.5.6907.0 would not be compatible with your Lync Server, because they would be too old
I want the communicator to the latest version update.
My question is, where can I find here at Microsoft Updates for Communicator?
The only thing I found was a Technet entry how I can enable the automatic update of the communicator.
I should go into the options for notifications. But in the options of the communicators I have no notifications.
So where can I download the updates and how to configure the Automatic Updates?

I just updated to Microsoft Office 2007 and left 2003 behind. I was just finishing a paper and need an abstract/executive summary. Before I would go under insert click auto-summarize and work out the summary Microsoft gave me. This tool worked so well for so many years. But now that I got Office 2007 I can t find an auto-summarize button anywhere on any of the ribbons. Did Microsoft get rid of this tool or am I just completely missing it?
The following page from the official Microsoft Word 2007 help site shows you how to do it:
