For our corporate information technology in Paderborn, we are looking for a time working student (m / f) Java software development.

What are my responsibilities?

  • As a working student (m / f) to support our development team. They are involved in the design and creation of architecture, IT and requirements documents and in the development of Java Web applications and associated database systems. In this activity you independently take on development tasks. Another point is the implementation, expansion and execution of test scenarios. In addition, you will support the team in building and maintenance of intranet pages and get actively through their experiences in the improvement of existing procedures or processes.

What do I bring with me?

  • They are for the duration of your activity enrolled student (m / f) at a (professional) college or university with a major in computer science, etc. and interested in the topic of software development and architecture.
  • Good knowledge of creating HTML pages
  • Experience in developing Java web applications desirable
  • Confident in dealing with Java and MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
  • Initiative - ability to learn - Analytical skills - Communication skills - Teamwork - Motivation and enthusiasm

    I m pretty good at teaching myself how to use Microsoft Office and want to know what I need to know in order to test out of Computer and office Automation. I m attending Harrison College and they won t give me details so I can t learn it on my own. The test out fee is $45 and I don t want to pay then fail over something simple. Thanks!
